Message from our Administration

DHIA Principal Loudermilk

Welcome to the 2025–2026 School Year!

Dear Scholars, Families, and Staff,

It is with great joy and anticipation that I welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year! As we begin this new academic journey together, I want to express how excited we are to see our scholars flourish and grow—academically, socially, and emotionally.

This year, our scholars will continue to engage deeply in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Units of Inquiry, which foster critical thinking, creativity, and global awareness. In addition to our rigorous academic expectations, we’re thrilled to offer enriching opportunities through a variety of school clubs such as folklórico, sign language, history, drama, robotics, music, and more. These experiences, along with our Family Nights and school performances, build the foundation for a vibrant and inclusive school community.

Our mission remains at the heart of everything we do:  Developing internationally educated and globally minded scholars through rigorous, innovative, multilingual, and intercultural education.

We are committed to nurturing open-minded, knowledgeable, and lifelong learners in a respectful and harmonious environment that celebrates global diversity and promotes cooperation and equity.

Together, we aim to inspire compassionate, reflective, and risk-taking thinkers—academic activists—who are empowered to embrace multiculturalism and tackle real-world challenges with confidence.

Let’s make this school year one of collaboration, growth, and shared success. I look forward to working together to ensure every scholar thrives.

With appreciation and enthusiasm,

Mrs. Loudermilk (Principal) and Mrs. Rivera (Assistant Principal)
